Invitation
Under the agreement of science intercommunication concluded in 1993 between Beijing Institute of Technology and Tokyo Institute of Technology, many kinds of intercommunion had been held up to present. The intention of this workshop is to bring together scientific and engineering researchers to discuss new developments in the field of mechanical engineering, and meanwhile to promote the international cooperation between Tokyo Institute of Technology and Beijing Institute of Technology. The biennial event has been successfully held four times in Beijing and Tokyo from 2005. Now, we prepare the 5th Joint Workshop of Mechanical Engineering for researchers of both universities. Every researcher in the field of mechanical engineering is welcome to join this workshop.
Location: Nanchang, Jiangxi province, China
Language
English will be the official language for the workshop. All papers should be written and presented in English.
Deadlines
The complete manuscripts are required to submit by email to bitmc@bit.edu.cn in MS word format by July 15, 2014.

Proceedings
Papers presented at the workshop will be published in a bound volume of the conference proceedings by the Beijing Institute of Technology and can be available during the workshop period.
